This Could be the Loudest Audi RS6

Without a doubt, the Audi RS6 C7 is a powerful wagon that many Americans would like to have. Sadly, it’s not available in the US, so buying one is absolutely out of question. Under its hood, the R6 is powered by a twin-turbocharged V8 engine cranking out nearly 600 HP. That amount of power is literally big enough for a family car that wants to be violent in performance, and probably in sound too, like shown in this video from AutoTopNL, where a tuned Audi RS6 unleashes its loudest scream.

The wonderful tuning job was done by ELMERHAUS, although it’s not clear what kind of modifications exactly this particular RS6 has undergone and what type of exhaust it uses that releases that crisp soundtrack. One thing for sure is that the C7 is pretty much a road monster. Its 4.0-liter V8 biturbo now makes 720 HP and 950 Nm of torque, and it can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, with the top speed reaching 320 km/h.

For you who don’t like noise, maybe this wagon isn’t your favorite. But judging from the performance figures, whether you like it or not, you have to admit that the RS6 is not only loud, but is also an incredible performer. The blaring sound is only for those who have unique tastes in grumpy cars though.

In terms of appearance, the RS6 looks normal like it has never been modified. But honestly this is one of the reasons why the car is attractive, we think. Instead of showing off striking exterior changes, it visually retains most of its original characteristics, deceiving those who look at it one eye before it gets angry. The gloss black rear diffuser with red accents is probably the only change you can easily spot on the car.

As if ELMERHAUS only cares about power and noise, it leaves the inside part almost entirely bone stock as well. But do you know what it takes to make the RS6’s interior great? You literally just need to replace its steering wheel with the one from an Audi R8, and that’s it! You have a perfect-looking R6 interior. At least this is what ELMERHAUS did, and indeed the result is quite satisfying.

Now it’s time to witness the tuned RS6 C7 in action. If you want to enjoy the throaty roar, turn up your volume and don’t close your ears. But let us warn you once again, this could be one of the loudest Audis you will ever hear.
