Originally, the Audi S4 B5 here used a 2.7-liter twin-turbo V6 engine. It was when the car first delivered between 1997 and 2001.
The engine made 261 HP and 400 Nm of torque, which is good for accelerating to 62 mph in 5.6 seconds and reaching a top speed of 250 km/h. These are the old performance figures. Now this particular model is not the same S4 anymore.
After being tuned to the max, it’s now a whole different machine that is far more powerful and ready to race even against time. Previously, the car had around 1,200 HP at its disposal, but a more recent tuning has raised the output to a staggering 1,442 HP. That’s pretty scary isn’t it? For a late 90’s car to have a power close enough to a Bugatti Chiron.
To put it bluntly, this car is a monster. A heart-pounding grunt, extreme agility, wild performance, it has what it takes to be a true drag racer. We don’t think it’s necessary to explain further about the capabilities of this car, but you should know that it nearly hit 305 km/h during a 1/2-mile run. You can watch the video below to see the S4 in action.
