Fast Cars, F16 Fighter Jet Drag Race Kawasaki Ninja H2R, Humiliation is Heavy

A drag race is the best race for those who don’t care about levels, limitations, or even who is faster on paper. It’s simply intended to actually test the speed of a vehicle and compare it to those of others, no matter what type of vehicles they are.

Like what you’re about to watch now, one of the most extreme drag races involving a Kawasaki Ninja H2R, an Aston Martin Vantage, a Lotus Evora GT430, a tuned Tesla Model S, a Formula One car, a F16 warplane, and a passenger plane. Just look at them, they have put aside their differences and settled everything on the drag strip. That’s incredible isn’t it?

As reported by Daily Sabah, this rare speed party took place last week, in Istanbul, Turkey, at an event called Teknofest. The race winner was the Ninja H2R, with a gap of 0.04 seconds. The F1 beast was struggling to rattle the superbike and eventually finished second. The Kawasaki was rode by five time FIM Supersport World Champion, Kenan Sofuoglu, who took 9.43 seconds to complete the quarter mile.

Teknofest itself is an event aimed to showcase the rapid advancement of technology in Turkey. The fact that it could present such a unique drag race spectacle means that folks in the show have a different taste in speed.
