With Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance 2019 ongoing, a number of new cars have come to light. At the Quail, Bugatti revealed its hotly anticipated hypercar, the Centodieci.
As we all know, Bugatti cars always come with a mind-blowing design, and it seems that the new Centodieci isn’t an exception. Coming as a great modern take on the classic EB110, the hypercar tries to bring something different than before by looking cool and mean at the same time. The images and Shmee150’s video here clearly show that.

Besides, the car really respects it predecessor; even its name means 110 in Italia. Unlike any other Bugatti cars, this model features much smaller horseshoe grille, making it so unique. Its slanted headlights radiate pure charm from the dark shadow it hides in.
It’s quite unbelievable that Bugatti will produce such a beautiful vehicle. A total of ten units are planned, with two to be built every year. Prices are as mind-blowing as its design, starting at $9 million, although it’s not so surprising.

If you’re not convinced enough about the uniqueness of this model compared to the previous Bugattis, try to find the big C curve behind the door; it’s nowhere to be seen now, replaced by a clean shoulder line and the identical five vents found on the EB110. Meanwhile, at the back, the spoiler and deck look evolving. There are also new massive diffusers and vertically stacked exhaust pipes.
Even though this car is made to remind us of the EB110, it’s in terms of power not similar at all to the 90’s legend. The Centodieci makes a staggering 1,600 horsepower with its 8-liter W16 behemoth. In other words, it’s about three times wilder than the inspiration car. And if you want to compare it to the Chiron, its performance is also superior thanks to its bigger grunt and lower weight, which allows it to accelerate quicker.
