2019 Audi A7 is Cheaper Than Before Thanks to Premium trim

Audi has revealed the pricing details for the all-new A7 luxury sedan. The 2019 model brings heavy technical and design improvements, including few stylings it copied from the likes of A8. The price will start at $68,000 when it hits US dealerships later this year or early 2019.

That is the price for the base Premium trim, which made a return after previously was dropped from the options, which also explains how the entry-level 2019 A7 is more affordable by $1,700 than the last year’s model.

The price climbs to $72,400 for the A7 Premium Plus and goes up further to $76,300 if what you choose is the range-topping A7 Prestige. It’s worth noting that all these starting prices don’t include a $995 delivery charge.

Feature details for each trim level are yet to be explained. However, we know that standard stuffs will include the 12.3-inch Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster and the 10.1-inch MMI touchscreen display. Not to mention a new turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine with a 48-volt mild hybrid system generating 340 HP and 369 lb-ft of torque.

Among the 2019 Audi A7’s non-standard features are HD Matrix LED headlights with laser lights, an Air Quality package with perfume, massaging front seats, a panoramic glass sunroof, and a Bang & Olufsen audio system.

The active safety gear will also be offered at extra cost. And there’s an S-line package for those who want equipments like larger wheels, a titanium-black diffuser insert, illuminated S line door sills and fender badge, and a sport-tuned suspension with a lower ride height (by 20mm).
